Replacements Policy
All Swimwear From Oz products have a 100% customer satisfaction and quality guarantee. Products that are found to be unfit will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer, which includes freight.
Only the best quality and most technologically advanced fabrics are used in the manufacturing of our products. Despite this, we strongly recommend being aware of rough surfaces, such as rocks and concrete, as these abrasive surfaces can damage your swimwear, which they were not designed to tolerate.
IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT MISUSE, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE OR REPAIR DAMAGED PRODUCT.
Return Policy
Swimwear From Oz offers a 10 day return policy exclusive of shipping times. If the customer is not completely satisfied with the product, or it does not fit correctly, an exchange for other styles or sizes, store credit notes or a refund is available. Please note this excludes sale items where we can only offer a credit note or change in size if style is still available. Returned product/s must be in new condition and never worn still containing the attached tag. All items kept for a period exceeding 10 days are considered accepted by the customer. Privacy Policy
All submitted information is treated with the strictest confidentiality. Swimwear From Oz reserves the right to send out newsletters and any other information that is likely to be interesting to our consumer demographic.
To further ensure confidentiality, No receipts and/or invoice copies are packaged with outgoing orders. Customers will receive an electronic receipt via email upon completion of their order. This method gaurantees that no personal or financial information will be at risk in the event of a missing or stolen package. Remember, your privacy is our main concern.
Out of Stock Policy
Should an item chosen be unavailable, for whatever reason, customers will be contacted to be advised of their options. If there is more stock scheduled to be produced in the near future, the waiting list is a available. If the product has been discontinued, then the customer may choose another item. If these options are unsatisfactory, a full refund can be issued.
