Shipping & Payment Information

PayPal: With PayPal purchases, your order will be shipped within 1-3 days working days of payment successfully being received. 
Direct Deposit: If you have paid by direct deposit, it may take up to three working days for the transaction to be processed. To speed up the process, you may choose to email a copy of the transaction receipt. Orders ship 1-3 working days once approval is obtained.
Cheque: Payments by cheque usually take approximately five working days to clear. Orders will be shipped 1-3 working days once clearance is received.
Money Order: Postal money orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of being received.
Credit Payments by email or online: Credit card (we only accept Visa and Mastercard) payments can be made by email or online. Shipping occurs 1-3 days after approval.

Note: Please allow 3-7 working days to recieve your order after your payment has been successfully processed.

Below outlines the different shipping methods for both Australian and International customers. Once we've received your order and payment, and your delivery preference is noted, your order is packed and sent via your choice of shipping as set out below. Please note that all items are packed in plastic bags for product protection.

For Australian Customers we offer an express service.
$9.95 buys you a strong plastic Australia Post Express Post Sachet which ensures 'next business day' deliveries to most regional areas. This is the fastest trackable way of delivery within Australia. You have the choice to choose between a 'signature required' or 'no signature required' method of delivery. Both methods are insured against loss or damage in transit. This shipping option is available when purchasing swimwear garments as well as small swimming accessories such as goggles or swimming caps.

For Australian Customers purchasing Large Products
For all larger type products such as the Speedo Pro Backpack purchased through Swimwear From Oz a Australia Post Expandable Tough Bag will be used to ship your order at a cost of $10.25. After payment has been processed your item will be dispatched within 2 business days. When using this method of Post you should recieve your shipment in about 2-3 business days (exluding remote areas).

International Customers
For all International Customers $14.95 will buy you a tough package that is sent through Australia Post Air Mail International. These deliveries may take up to 10 working days unless you are in a remote area which would take longer depending on each countries postal service. 2-3 garments will fit easily in each bag, however if you purchase more products we are happy the cover the extra charges.
